Systematically and efficiently pre-qualify and shortlist applicants then forward them to foreign principals and employers eliminating in the process unnecessary delay and guaranteeing prompt hiring and deployment for the job.

Maintain good and harmonious relations with local and foreign principals, brokers and employers and ensuring maximum employment benefits to the Malaysian & Foreign Workers, not only in terms of salary but also other non-wage considerations. In furtherance thereof, undertake research and development studies, initiatives, strengthen linkages with the objective of attaining the success of these goals.

Conduct post-development and/or on-site support services to ensure the welfare and well-being of the deployed Malaysian & Foreign Workers in their workplace and the faithful compliance by employers of their obligations embodied in the employment contracts as well as provide prompt support and assistance to distressed Malaysian & Foreign Workers deployed, including repatriation caused by events beyond the control of the Malaysian & Foreign Workers and for causes provided by law.

VMAS GLOBAL (M) Sdn Bhd begins prospecting candidates soon after receiving a job order from the Clients. First and foremost, we check to our computerized database to ensure that no stone is left unturned in our search for the best candidates. Secondly, we place an advertisement in leading newspapers, job fairs in various districts and cities here in Malaysia.

Our senior staffs and technical interviewers are tasked with the responsibility of pre-screening candidates to come up with a shortlist of the qualified applicants who will then be endorsed to the Clients for interview and approval.

At this stage, the Clients shall be requested to send their representative to conduct the final interview and trade test. We can also send the CVs of the qualified candidates direct to the Clients if the first option is not feasible. What sets VMAS GLOBAL (M) Sdn Bhd apart from other manpower agencies is that we conduct our own set of rigorous trade tests over and above to give our Clients a first-rate selection of the best candidates for their job requirements.

Before deployment, all contract workers shall be required to attend the official Pre-Departure Orientation Session facilitated by our organization. Our senior staff will also conduct other session to give workers an overview of the jobs they will undertake.
